Payment
All transactions are processed via Paypal in pounds sterling (£).

Shipping
We aim to ship your print within 2–3 working days of receiving an order, but please allow up to 10 working days to receive your print.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class. European and Rest of World orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail. Overseas shipments may be subject to additional import duties, please allow up to 21 days for overseas deliveries.

For UK orders, postage and packaging is £3.50 per print (+£1.50 for every additional print). For orders outside of the UK, postage and packaging is £5.00 per print (+£2.50 for every additional print). All items are suitably packaged in a heavy duty poster tube and wrapped in acid free tissue paper.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your print, it may be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received undamaged and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product shall be your responsibility. You will also be responsible for ensuring the product is packaged and posted appropriately. We cannot not be held is responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund your initial payment within 7 days (minus the original costs of P&P).

Guarantee
Every effort has been made to accurately describe the prints, however, the colours represented on your screen may differ from the true colours of the actual print.

Privacy Policy
Joseph Perry uses PayPal to process payments. We do not store your credit card, debit card or PayPal account details on our server or systems.

We do keep a record of your personal details (including your name, address and email) so we can manage your order. We will never make these details available to other companies.
